Welcome prospect
  • Greet prospect by their first name and come around the table to shake their hand
  • Look client in the eye and smile
  • Pretend they are your best friend and show kindness and high energy (we’re here to help them!)

Take charge of conversation
  • Ask all the questions and lead the conversation
  • Ask what they are interested in (physical therapy or fitness training)

If they are interested in PHYSICAL THERAPY
  • Open the intake from on the desk top
  • Ask what body part they need treatment for
    • Tell them we specialize in orthopedics and that our expert therapists treat that body part frequently
  • Introduce them to the therapists on staff
  • Ask what insurance they have
    • Tell them we take almost all insurances
  • Ask if they would like to make an appointment
    • Schedule them and provide an appointment card
    • Obtain email address and send out the intake form email on desktop by double clicking the icon and entering in the patient’s name and email
    • Inform patient to look for our email and fill out the form
  • Ask them for their insurance card and ID
    • Photo copy both
    • Inform patient we will verify their benefits and find out all the costs associated with therapy for them and call them with the details (obtain phone number)

If they are interested in FITNESS
  • Open the intake from on the desk top
  • Ask if they are interested in personal training for fitness classes like yoga, Pilates, or boot camp classes.
  • Introduce them to the trainer(s) on staff
  • THE GOAL IS TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A TRAINER
  • Ask them what their overall goal is
  • They will ask questions about our services. You control the conversation and ask them “what are your fitness goals?”
  • They will answer and then you ask “Are you looking into getting help with your goals now or for the future?”
  • If they answer “now” then tell them “great, then lets schedule a meeting with one of our fitness specialist so they can answer your questions, map out a plan to achieve your goals, and give you a sample workout so you can experience how our unique workout system feels. Are mornings or evenings better for you”
