1. Promotional Materials out:
   1. Total number of promotional materials sent out for the week including, letters, brochures, newsletters, fliers, thank you cards, and birthday cards.
   2. New lead box placed or referral source developed

1. # of Advanced scheduled appointments:
   1. On Friday, track number of appointments scheduled for the following week

1. Total Cancels:
   1. Track # of people who Cx and did NOT reschedule
   2. This should be a upside down graph OR decreasing every week

1. Total No Shows:
   1. Total # of people who did not call and did not show
   2. This should be a upside down graph OR decreasing every week

1. Drop Outs:
   1. # of patient who are receiving treatment but dropped out on their own volition.
   2. This should be a upside down graph OR decreasing every week

1. Percentage of Arrivals:
   1. Calculated by (# Tx for the week) / (# Tx + # of No Shows + # of Cancels)

1. Billed Out:
   1. Total about Billed out for the week
   2. Billing Manager will provide information by 12 PM the following Monday

1. Total Collection Calls / Contacts:
   1. Total calls /email correspondence made to actual people for collections
   2. Billing Manager will provide information by 12 PM Friday

1. Gross Income:
   1. Total money collected from all sources for the week
   2. Director will provide total EFT payments to calculate total
